We have a lovely new apartment with 3 bedrooms (one a nursery) in the exciting and beautiful French Concession area of Shanghai. Close to restaurants, western supermarkets, parks, cafes, SHOPPING etc.
We have a new gym, sauna and indoor swimming pool on site plus tennis court and childrens playground.
An english speaking driver with car seating 6 passengers can be arranged on a part time basis as can a maid. No cleaning or washing required! a true holiday!!
We are a Melbourne couple looking for a house exchange for this Xmas period 22/12/07-12/01/08 in Melbourne but open to other offers for the future!

Neighborhood

The French Concession area of Shanghai is a beautiful low rise historical section full of tree lined streets and alley ways. A 5 minute walk to Tiacang Lu with its cosmopolitan cafes, bars, restaurants and local artisans is a must! A 10 minute drive to all the sites and amazing markets. Day trips to West Lake and Water villages close by.

We are originally from Melbourne Australia and are living in Shanghai China as expats.

Destination

We are looking for a home base while we are back at Xmas in Melbourne but please feel free to offer your home in other countries and areas for the future
