Description

-Great Kiwi Bach/holiday home with beach at the bottom of the garden, excellent for swimming, fishing, kayaks and dinghy available.
40 mins drive from Blenheim airport or Wellington/Picton Ferry. Car available. 3 separate sleeping areas with double beds ( one a Loft) but also fold-out bed on veranda.
Lots of games supplied- great for a family holiday- no TV
Beautiful views of the Marlborough Sounds, native birds in trees, close by wonderful walks, wineries etc. One hour from Nelson Arts/Crafts
All facilities, clean new kitchen/shower, washing machine /drier outdoors. One toilet only.
Outdoor fireplace/barBque/ sitting area, overlooking water
10min drive to nearest town (Havelock) for all supplies
Bach is basic with loads of character but clean and tidy, has been in the same family for 40 years

Neighborhood

Quiet, among some permanent homes and other Kiwi Baches, situated in a bay on the water. Lots of native bush
Havelock Marina offers fishing Charters, boats for hire, Bay has own launching facility

About Us

Middle-aged couple, he is a Dentist, she is a Career Practitioner (ex teacher). 4 grown up children living in various parts of the world.

We reside in Dunedin so our bach/holiday home is available at a variety of times.
