Description

My appartment is french style and really cosi. It's located in a really safe area near by shops, métro and buses right behing the Champs Elysées.

I live on the 4th floor (no elevator) in one of those typical building from the 19th century. I Have a living room with a little table, a tv and a dvd player. My room has a confi bed with a chest and a closet.

I don't have pet although I'd love to have a dog...

I'm looking for an appartment/house in MANHATTAN, L.A or MIAMI in order to exchange it for 1 or 2 weeks in november/december (I'm flexible)

Neighborhood

You'll be able to walk around and visit all the sightseen of Paris from my place :
- 2 min walking from a parc
- 3 min walking from the Champs Elysées
- 5 min driving from the Eiffel tower
- 8 min driving from the Louvre

Other than that you can take the metro (There are 2 stations at 5 minutes walking) or the 3 buses stoping in front of my building, there are also bicycles available.

My place is realy quite altough you are walking distance from the restaurants and really fancy clubs.

About Us

I'm Elody, 27 years old.
I work as an executive in a law firm and have been living in Paris for my entire life.

I love traveling and I got the chance to live in the united states and and in Canada.

I'm going to do the exchange with a friend of mine. She is 27 too and work for a bank outside Paris.

Destination

I'd like to exchange my appartment with one appartment or a house in NYC, L.A or MIAMI for 1 or 2 weeks in november or december (I'm flexible).
