Family home approx. 2000 sq feet, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. 1930s built completely renovated in the last five years.

Neighborhood

Rathmines is a mature suburb. It is quiet yet it is within minutes of the city centre. You can walk to the centre in 30 minutes or you can take a tram or bus and be in the centre in 15 minutes. There are many restaurants, shops within walking distance. There are many green areas within walking and driving access of our house with playgrounds and tennis courts, ducks, swimming pool etc etc all within walking distance. If you want to take off to the countryside, the Dublin mountains are 30 minutes away by car (depending on traffic).

About Us

We are a family of five - John an actuary who runs his own business(41), Isabel a self employed counsellor and trainer (39), Daire (8), Robert (6) and Philip (4). We are experienced exchangers - 4 so far to Canada x 2, USA and France.

Destination

We are restricted ro school holidays (July/August). For 2008 we are looking for an exchange in the Mediterranean countries.
