Neighborhood

Pretty, quiet, well kept village. The property looks out onto the village square, Liberty tree and church. The lovely river estuary is less than 200m from the front of th house. Located midway (less than 10 minutes) between the historic town of Morlaix http://www.morlaixtourisme.fr/ with it's Marina and the coastal resort of Carantec http://www.carantec-tourisme.com/ with nice beaches, Golf, Sailing and diving. A Shop, Bistro, two cafe/bars are found in the village. Also a small Park with a fountain and Childrens play area too. Lovely coastline to explore. Supermarkets and shops just 10 minutes away.

About Us

We are an English couple (businessman and teacher) with a teenage son (14), and have lived in France for several years. This property is available to exchange or holiday rental. Exchanges are limited to School Holidays. English and Passable French Spoken.
