Come stay in the very heart of New York!

My bright, airy studio is just one block from the Empire Sate Building (right off 5th Avenue.) It is on the 24th floor, filled with sunlight, and has sweeping views to the South--the sunsets are gorgeous. From every window, you can see the Empire State Building to its very top!

The apartment is absolutely furnished, including wireless internet and large computer flat screen.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is the lovely Murray Hill, charming and quaint, tree-lined blocks of classic brownstones, the neighborhood is full of wonderful shops and restaurants. You can walk absolutely everywhere, and public transportation abounds. The neighborhood has families, students, and a bit of trendyness and business all together.

About Us

A very, very quiet small-business-owner, I have decided to take the year off to travel. I'm neat, responsible, and always delighted to discover new places.

Destination

This need not be a simultaneous exchange! My apartment will be available most of the summer & fall starting August 1st. What I'm looking for: either a true city center or a true out-in the country (no suburbs, sorry! :) All countries are welcome except France (already lived there).
