Description

This house if large enough for a family of 4 and a couple of friends.
It has a 2 acres of land that has an orchard and lovely rural outlook.
This house situated opposite the main sports ground in Whangarei and is set down a long driveway. You have the rural outlook yet still have neighbours around you. We have chickens that need to be fed, but we also have family and friends who can do that should you want to go away for a few days. The house itself is very comfortable and roomy with a great outlook. A vehicle is also available.

Neighborhood

This house is situated in the middle of the town, 1/2 drive to all the beaches, close to shopping, doctors, ambulance and 15 drive to hospitals. You can walk to town if you are the walking type. Lots of walks through the bush surrounds this area. We have a Community swimming pool 15 minutes drive away and a gym within walking distance.
Whangarei is 2 1/2 hours drive south from the main city of Auckland and 2 hours drive north to the Far North city of Kaitaia.

About Us

Mike and Mary Maunder, both are working and in our late 50's.
We enjoy travelling but due to work committments can only get away different times of the year.

Destination

We would like to stay preferable somewhere near Ottawa.
