4 bedroom, 2 story, 2 car garage home in small quiet suburb of Dallas, TX. In addition, we have a 2nd garage in the back and 2 living areas. We have 4 rooms with satellite and high speed internet. We have excellent credit and great references. We hard both hard working adults who take pride in what we do. We have 4 children and are looking to exchange homes so we can explore the country with our kids on vacation. We are non smoking and very Christian oriented. We have explored all around Dallas and feel this is a great way to explore other parts of the country. My children have very rarely seen snow so we would like to go north where it snows, especially around Christmas. Looking for a change of scenery and something different.

Neighborhood

Our neighboorhood is very quiet with virtually no crime. We have several neighboorhood watches in this area. Many people have lived here for many years. Elementary school in this neighrbood is the top of the district. Our kids play outside for hours with no problems at all. Most yards are well manicured. Neighbors are friendly.
