The house include two bedrooms on first level. The dining room,the Kitchen and the living room are located in the ground floor. A bedroom and a family room are also avalaible in the basement. A balcony and a small garden are usable.

La maison comprend deux chambres à coucher qui sont situées à l'étage. Le salle de sejour, la cuisine et la salle à manger combinée sont situées au rez-de-chaussée. Une chambre et une salle familiale sont aussi utilisable au sous-sol. La salle à manger, située à l'arrière ouvre sur un grand balcon avec table, chaises et BBQ. Le balcon donne accès à un petit jardin.

Neighborhood

We are in Rosemont district near the Plateau Mont-Royal and the Olympic stadium. This complex include the Botanical garden, the Biodome (fauna and flora) and movie theatre. Our house is located in a quiet area recently developped. Young family are living around. Small urbans parcs are accessible as well as many services (Drugstore, Café, restaurant, bakery,...). Montreal Downtown and Old Montreal are accessible in less than ten minutes by car. The subway is at ten minutes by walk. We are near a bicycle path.

Montreal is a big city, more than 1 million people. During the summer there is a lot of things to do in Montreal (jazz festival, just for laugh festival, and music festival. There's many restaurants with various food. Cultural life is important. The Mount Royal Park is in the middle of the city and Jean Drapeau Park is on the island having accomodated the 1967 World Fair. Those are pleasants places to walk.

Nous sommes dans le quartier Rosemont à la limite du Plateau Mont-Royal et près du complexe olympique qui comprend notamment le jardin botanique de Montreal, le biodôme (faune et flore) et un complexe de cinéma. Notre maison est située dans un quartier tranquille et tout récemment construit. De nombreuses jeunes famille y habitent et on y retrouve de nombreux petits parcs de quartier. Tout les services de type pharmacie, restaurants, cafés, boulangerie sont situés à proximité et généralement à pied. Le centre-ville et le Vieux- Montréal sont à moins de 10 minutes en auto. Le métro est situé à environ 10 minutes de marche. Une piste cyclable est située tout près.

Montréal est une ville de plus d'un million d'habitants. Elle est très animée l'été avec ses festivals qui prennent une allure de fête urbaine (jazz, humour, Franco folies, etc.). Les restaurants sont nombreux et présentent des cuisines aux saveurs très variées.
