Description

You’ll be staying six blocks, walking distance if you need the exercise, from the Stratosphere Hotel Casino, the start of your Las Vegas strip experience and 10 minutes from the Downtown Fremont Street Experience. As you can see from all the pics here and at http://lasvegasplace.homestead.com/, the residence is immaculately clean, no pets, non smokers, tastefully decorated, cozy, comfortable and can sleep up to six adults utilizing beds and very comfy futons. You’ll have wifi high speed internet, satellite on all TV’s, plenty of towels, bedding, washer & dryer and a fully stocked kitchen. We think you’ll find this home extremely convenient with a vehicle available once you arrive. I’m sure you’ll leave with wonderful memories and hopefully some very large jackpots. My wife and I would like to stay at your residence at least a month, so perhaps you would consider using Las Vegas as your west coast base with overnight trips or other homes while visting America. And please ask me my opinion on what I might do if I was staying here.

You’ll be staying in an established, quite, safe, residential neighborhood surrounded by well maintained classic western ranch styled homes. About Us

My wife and I are simi retired, my current business venture is www.lasvegasdocsigners.com. Elvie is a seamstress who recently sold her fabrics custom sewing business here. I’m an ex professional drummer, former licensed real estate agent, entrepreneur, father of two grown kids, married to the same women for 29 years and vice versa. We don’t smoke, do drugs or drink much, your home will be just as clean after we leave, that’s how we are.

Destination

Being self employed/semi retired my wife and I are flexible about the dates and locations offered, we can pack and leave on very short notice for long stays. Cities, States, overseas, fishing villages, house boats whatever wherever, off the beaten path we are open and easy to work with. One additional thought, and that is, after a long night you'll be glad your home is as close as your hotel room traffic can be a real nightmare.
