Small Manhatan (New York City) studio (350 sq. ft.) in Grammercy Park neighborhood. Apartment is on 4th (Amer.) floor walk-up with couch and bedspace, galley-style kitchen in lively neighborhood with restaurants, bars, etc. and 3 blocks to subway.

Apt. has closet and wardrobe, bathtub, airconditioning, high ceilings and wood floor. The high windows yeild lots of light.

Apartement has high-speed internet, television with local channels, full kitchen with appliances.

Neighborhood

Apartment is in a 16-unit building on a tree-lined street on Manhattan's east side. It is across the street from grocery store and two neighborhood restaurants.

Nearby, within two blocks; are gym, park, bagel shop, lots of upscale thrift shops, library, and coffee shops (not Starbucks).

About Us

I am fortunate to have a job that allows me to live anywhere. I am looking for similar apt. for a 3-4 month exchange, but am very flexible on duration.

I am very respectful of others' property and expect the same.

Sorry but I cannot care for pets or plants, except maybe a cactus.
