Nice house in the suburbs. Calm area at only 40m from the exciting city of montreal. Pool, garden, big yard. A lot of room, 2 living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room. Big terrasse with barbecue. Bicycle available and a car.

Neighborhood

Quiet neighbourhood but not far from the highway that brings you to Montreal. Close to a medium city: saint-jerome. Little shop on the corner and parks all around. At 10min of many ski hill, snow shoe trail, cross country ski and snowmobile trail.

About Us

We are a family of 5. 2 parents (a teacher and a direction assistant) and 3 kids (2 of 24 years old and 1 of 14 years old). We are respectful people. We are calm and like to relax at home. We enjoy life and the countryside.

Destination

We are looking for a house or apartment close to a beach. That's pretty much it.
