Description

We are a professional couple (40/35). Noleen is a post primary science teacher and I'm a hospital doctor in Belfast. Our lovely house was built in 1935 and is in a quiet residential area near Belfast Castle and Cave Hill country park but only 5mins by car to the city centre.
It has 3 bedrooms (one en suite) and 3 reception rooms and a study. Unusually for Belfast we have lovely veranda with a nice view of Cave Hil counry park for alfresco entertainment.Our gardens are well sized and mature. There is parking in our drive for 3 cars.
We can offer a family car if required.

Neighborhood

Lismoyne Park is 2 miles from Belfast city centre in a quiet, residential area with mainly professional family residences.Belfast Castle is nearby (10 mins on foot) and 5 mins on foot brings you to good transport links to Belfast centre.Belfast is an up and coming ,friendly city with an increasing influx of tourists. Belfast is a great base to discover the delights of all Ireland and has Dublin 100 miles down the road!
It has 2 airports with direct flights to New York and many European cities with cheap budget airlines.

About Us

I am a hospital doctor and my wife Noleen is a science teacher and we are keen travellers but have never exchanged before. We would generally be interested in exchanging during school holiday period for a variable number of weeks. We have many family and friends nearby to assist/advise anyone who stays in our home.

Destination

We are fairly flexible and open about destinations and only need room for 2 persons.
