Description

My home was built in 1920. It has oak floors and linoleum in the kitchen. New appliances; washer, dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal. All new systems throughout the house. The rooms are friendly and cozy and the neighbors are lovely. All maintainance is taken care of-yard man and house keeper provided. I own antiques, so if you have children, I'll pack those away. I have a garage and full basement. There is a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, one full bath, a kitchen-well equipped, and a lovely screened porch that is panelled in knotty pine. You may smoke there, if you like.

Neighborhood

I live in a quiet, diverse neighborhood. I can walk to a lovely breakfast, or to a restaurant on "The Hill"-an Italian neighborhood. I am within easy driving distance to shops, movies, dining, and anything else you might want. Although public transport is close, it is not the primary way to get around here.

About Us

I am a teacher. I teach gifted kids and so far, I love what I do. I also make art glass windows and do repair work for the many windows that adorn St. Louis. I speak a bit of Italian and Spanish. My French is deplorable, but I plan to remedy that. I have a daughter, all grown up and living her life. My summers are full, and I want to see the sights I've learned about for so long.
