Description

Our home would be perfect for the traveling family. We offer many items to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
We have a beautiful baby girl McKenzie, so along with that we have a crib, portable table chair, toys, toys and toys. Also access to a stroller, baby carrier, and many other convienent things.
We have two pups and 3 ferrets. All of our pets are crate trained and are clean.
We are not immaculate people, but we do consider ourselves clean. Our home is one of comfort, not stuffiness. We also have outdoor furniture, barbque, community swimming pool, two blow up mattresses of high quality (1 queen, 1 double) with all linens and comforters. We have brand new egyptian bath towels and we include your basic toiletries.
We welcome any questions and have a very open attitude towards house swapping. We hope that we can meet a family that has the same idea.

Neighborhood

Our comfortable townhome is in a great area of Charlotte known as the University City area. We are 20 minutes to uptown Charlotte, 5 minutes to Lowes Racetrack, 3 hours to Myrtle Beach, minutes from the UNCC campus and centrally located to so many attractions. We are also located within 10 minutes of Verison amphtheater were several top artist perform.
Our neighborhood is of younger professionals, all very friendly. We moved here in March from Denver, Co and have loved it ever since.

About Us

Craig and I are newly married just starting our family. We have a dream of traveling and seeing the world. We would love the opportunity to share that dream with another family who would like to visit NC and SC.
