Description

Our new home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with one en suite and another bathroom also upstairs. Downstairs we have a large kitchen with French doors opening out onto a large south-facing garden with patio & BBQ. Also downstairs is another toilet, living room and a study with pull out bed and a computer with Internet access. We have a TV in the kitchen and living room with cable television. We also have a bicycle, surf board, golf clubs, balance ball and weights that will be left in the house.

Neighborhood

Our house is within walking distance of Tralee town centre and 5 miles from the famous Banna Beach. There are loads of amenities and tourist attractions on our doorstep. We are situated apx 20 miles from Killarney, it is also apx 20 miles from the famous surfing beaches of Castlegregory and 30 miles from the Dingle Penninsula. There are also plenty of good golf courses in the area. We love living here as there is so much on our doorstep, you can go hiking, surfing, play golf, visit beaches, go sailing or take scenic drives around the Dingle penninsula or Ring of Kerry. Our local pub is within walking distance and serves great food. We are also 10 miles from Kerry airport. Shannon Airport and Cork Airport are an hour and a half drive from us.

About Us

We are a young couple aged 27 & 30, we are an Engineer and Financial Advisor. We enjoy the outdoors, love surfing, basketball, hiking, golf and football. We love travelling also and therefore would be open to any offers or suggestions.

Destination

Ideally we would like to do a home exchange in the United States during the summer of 2008 but would consider France or anywhere in Europe also.... really open to all offers. We have booked holidays for middle 2 weeks of July from work so preferably would like to do home exchange then.
