We are a couple with two young children with family ties in England. Our home is newly built and great for entertaining with a large back yard, Al Fresco outdoor dining area, large theatre room, activity and study. 2 mins drive from the Ocean. It is situated in a quiet estate 30 minutes North of the beautifull city of Perth and within walking distance to parks and train station. New RAV4 AWD Automatic SUV as part of the exchange.

Neighborhood

We live in a newly established estate close to the Indian Ocean in walking distance to all the usual amenities and shops. There is both commercial / tourist beaches or your own secluded beaches.

About Us

Couple with two young boys. (2 and newborn) working as an IT Manager here in Perth. Strong interest in water sports, outdoor activities and making the most out of life.

Destination

We are looking to visit our family in the North of England Our preference would be around West Yorkshire
