Description

Our home was custom built in 2004. We are located in north, central Florida in historical Suwannee County. The living area (livingroom, kitchen, and diningroom) is open and separated by two large granit bars with six bar stools. We have surround sound stereo throughout the living area and with a flat screen plasma tv above the fireplace (gas log). The interior is done in rich, dark cherry wood. The kitchen includes a stove top grill, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops throughout. The formal dining room, accented with a beautiful chandelier and matching wall lights, juts out with a bay window that overlooks the 30’X30’ Jacuzzi patio. The sound system extends to the back porch and the 30'X30' patio. The back porch has a seating area, ceiling fans, and beautiful plants. The jacuzzi patio has a glider, 6' glass top table with four rocking patio chairs, and a beautiful container garden, including fragrant herbals. Other features include whirlpool bath, shower built for two, double car garage, exercise equipment, brand new sleep number bed, and a colonial front porch complete with rocking chairs. The house is situated in the middle of two wooded acres in a quite subdivision, just two miles from the Live Oak.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is in one of the newest subdivisions in Live Oak. Live Oak is located half way between Jacksonville and Tallahassee. We like the area because we can be at the river in 20 minutes, at the beach within two hours, and at Disney World in 3-1/2 hours. The chamber website at www.suwanneechamber.com showcases the area and provides detailed information about leisure and entertainment opportunities in the area. We have a 2007 Nissan Versa and a 2003 A Class Winnebago that may be offered for similar exchanges. If you have a pilot license and private air craft, our home is less than a mile from the Suwannee County Airport, a small, rural airport availble for small, private aircraft.

About Us

We have been married 30 years. Wife has a Specialist Degree in Ed Leadership and currently serves as an education administrator and an adjunt college professor. Wife recently presented at the Oxford University Round Table. Husband works as IT Manager and Purchasing Agent for electrical cooperative. Husband recently served as President of local Chamber of Commerce Youngest daughter is a law student at University of Florida, and older daugher is a practicing attorney (immigration law). We have tow minature yorkies who travel with us. We are interested in exchanging homes with folks who will permit us to bring Bentley and Lady (the yorkies).
