The House is situated in a security estate.Open Plan living. 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms . 1 cottage outside with another bathroom.

Beautiful views to the Hout Bay valley , part to the sea , and to Chapmans Peak one of the most scenic drives above the sea of the world.

Hout Bay is a fisher Village , with a beautiful beach , 20 min. from Capetown and close to all famouse beaches , like Llundudno , Camps bay , Sandy bay. You walk out of the estate and are in the midst of a nature resort .

from all bedrooms doors lead onto a small garden . Upstairs you find the lounge dining kitchenarea -all open Plan leading to a big Verandah overlooking the valley .A big built in braii is convenient for informal meals.

A cottage is opposite the Houseentrance. The cosy little courtyard is nice if there is to much wind .



The house comes with a maid . A labrador , and a small maltese poodle, very friendly , stay in the house if we change with an oversea home .

The dogs will be walked and cared for .

washing machine , dryer etc .

Beautiful surrounding , situated right next to the famous sandy bay nature resort . 10 min walk to a secluded beach ,5 Minutes drive to Llundudno beach . extraordinairy views to the vally and the bay .

About Us

we are a german family with 3 children , one of them already out of the house studying in Maastricht.We speak german and english as homelanguage . I too speak french and spanish.We love travelling and so are interested in whatever offer comes around.We are non smokers , and care for your home as we lovingly care for ours.

we would like to exchange during dcember 07-januray08. But are flexible for summer 2008 or easter 2008 too
