Beautiful Vacation Home in the heart of St. George, Utah. Near many beautiful Golf courses and red Sandstone Bluffs. One hour to Zion's National Park. 3 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. 2 hours to Las Vegas. Close to Miles of Biking trails. Ranked as one of the top retirement communities in the United States. Plenty of Hiking, backpacking, boating, and fishing. 2 hrs from Brianhead ski resort. Nice weather in the Fall and Spring with hot summers and mild winters. 150 ft from Neiborhood Pool and hot tub availble April-October. Home is handicap accessible.

Hi, our names are Bill and Judy, we are in our late 50's and semi-retired and sometimes just tired. My family and friends will be participating in the exchange. We have high moral standards. No smoking or drinking. We love to travel and are looking forward to visiting lots of places with the home exchange.

Destination

Exchange Dates are flexible and can be a non-simultaneous exchange. We are open to any where in the world but love the beaches.
