I would like to Exchange my apartment in Valencia city for any other in August 2008.
Apartment with 4 bedrooms (one double and three singles), 2 bathrooms, kitchen with a small terrace and living room with a balcony.
The apartment is fully furnished and with Tv, washing machine, oven, microwave, iron, heater...etc
The flat is clean and in a quiet street, and is 8 minutes walking form the Ciudad de las Artes y la Ciencias de Valencia (www.cac.es).

There are not actual pictures, now the flat has more things, like a new TV, DVD player, new spreads for beds, a new fridge...etc.

Neighborhood

The flat is in a quiet street, and is 8 minutes walking form the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia" (www.cac.es).
In the flat's street there is a bus stop to go directly to the port (America's Cup), to the Malvarrosa's beach, to the University, to the center of the City...etc. All these places are less than 15 minutes by city bus.
Just opposite to the apartment there is a small park, and around the apartment there is a supermarket, fruit shops, a bakery, banks, bars...etc

About Us

We are a Spanish couple. And we would like to exchange our apartment for any other to travel us with my mum. I work in a lawyer's office and he, my partner, work's in a optical investigation center. My mum is retired.
We want to exchange it in August if it is possible. We prefer 1 week, 2 weeks or 3 weeks.
