Moroccan themed living room has 2 leather couches, table, tv, dvd, vcr and sound system overlooking tropical front patio with fountain. Dining area seats 4. High vaulted ceilings are stunning in living room and dining area. Kitchen has all appliances and laundry area. Office has computer with high speed internet, large desk, printer and fax machine.
There is also a second guest room available.

Community has pool overlooking lake, tennis courts, basket ball courts
The house has a very warm inviting feel with lots of special lighting and fountains to create a peaceful romantic mood.

Neighborhood

We live in a great safe community thats in a suburb for peace and relaxation. However we are centrally located to all tourist attractions. Close to 95, 75, 595, and turnpike with easy access to Palm beach and Miami. We are only 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport and beaches. 1 mile from grocery stores, movie theater, restaurants, shopping, parks and night life.

About Us

Tim and I are in our late 30's and are getting married in St lucia on October 17 2007. We love traveling and the outdoors. One of our businesses is educating people on living a holistic healthy lifestyle. We are also creating a business around travel. Our ultimate goal is to have a holistic spa retreat in the Islands. We have no children and 2 adorable cats. Our home is available to trade anytime throughout the year. We are grateful to live in florida. Its paradise 365 days a year.
