This is a second home in a development called Villas Club del Sol the complex surrounds a free-form pool with a shallow area for wading or sunbathing always kept clean as well as nice green areas; it's situated directly on the #6 green of El Cid's Castilla Golf course with a relaxing view of the course and the island; it's also just a few blocks away from a major supermarket (Soriana) where you can do your grocery and drug shopping and a 20 minute walk through the Golf course path to the beach and restaurants.

This is a 2-bedroom, 2-full bathroom unit on the 1st floor in a quiet corner of the pool area. Its size is about 1200 sq feet. This well-appointed condo features a Queen-size bed in master bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom, living and dining area, fully equiped kitchen, private laundry room and a terrace with table and chairs. Furniture is new and modern. 2 TV's, 1 DVD player, CD player with I pod dock station, alarm clock with radio, hair dryer. Wi Fi available at clubhouse or in public places.

This condominium is located in El Cid Residencial area which is a private neighbourhood with controlled access . There's a club house where you can play tennis , gym, there is a restaurant, beauty salon etc. there is also a small deer park and some small crocodiles to see. Neighborhood

The neighbourhood has controlled access and is kept cleaner than the rest of the other city neibourhoods, they have organic and non organic garbage pick up service, securiy guards and golf course is kept in good condition; you can call a taxi or walk to the bus station (10 min) or walk to the beach through the golf course which takes about 20 min

About Us

We are a family of three, my husband (computer engineer) me ( work part time for Government entity) and my daughter who is 9 years old. we might possibly include a set of grandparents in the exchange

We like to learn about a different culture and language, museums, parks, arts etc we are interested in France, England, Spain, USA: San Francisco bay area, San Diego, CA, Park city, Ut, Miami, FL, open.
Exchange time: july or August 2009 for 2-3 weeks, Xmas, Easter week
