Description

Our Las Vegas townhouse is our second home, never a rental, and we, and our friends, use it at various times throughout the year. We would not have to do a simultaneous exchange.

It is fully equipped with three bedrooms, three full baths, a two car garage (no car there to exchange), washer/dryer, all linens, etc. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a king bed, 32" TV and a private three piece bath; another bedroom with a queen bed and full bath, and the washer & dryer area. On the main level another bedroom with a pull out sofa sleeper (remarkably comfortable) and a full bath.

It has a fully equipped kitchen (all plates, silverware, cooking pots & pans, etc.), dining area, living room with a sectional sofa and big screen TV (no cable or phone line), air conditioning, patio, use of the community swimming pool, etc. With a total floor area of 1650 sq. ft (153 m2) it comfortably sleeps 6. It is just 10 minutes from The Strip, 15 minutes from McCarren International airport (LAS) and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and The Orleans Casino.

No pets or young children please and non-smokers preferred.

Neighborhood

Our townhouse is in a well-kept, quiet, gated neighborhood with a very nice community swimming pool and hot tub. It's within walking distance to a variety of stores and restaurants and less than 1/2 mile (under 1km) from The Orleans Hotel & Casino. It is near West Tropicana Blvd. and Decatur Ave just 10 minutes west of the MGM Grand, New York New York Casino, etc. at the south end of the (in)famous Las Vegas Strip and just 15 minutes drive from the airport.community

About Us

We are a professional couple in our 50's and our primary residence is in Colorado (not for exchange), we are non-smokers, both working, and we have done a number of very successful exchanges. Our kids are grown and do not travel with us. English is our only fluent language.

The Big Island of Hawaii August 2009 (Kona coast, Captain Cook, etc.)
