Description

Rose Villa is a modern two double bedroom house on a small private secluded complex, in the very heart of a traditional village. The house is well furnished and equipped to a live in standard, with a small private courtyard, two balconies with amazing views and is situated with direct access to the pool and jacuzzi area.

For those wishing to self cater the kitchen is well equipped and has dishwasher, microwave and all small appliances......... however with many tavernas on the doorstep serving delicious food the choice is yours!

Neighborhood

Fodele Village is only 20 mins drive from Heraklion airport, yet traditional and unspoiled, set amongst a back drop of mountains and only 2.5 kms from the beach. The many small tavernas serve delicious local cuisine at excellent prices, with two small resorts close by providing nightlife for those wanting to dance the night away!

The area is unspoiled and close to Heraklion with its cosmopolitan air and trendy nightclubs......... in short we have everything!

About Us

Derek & Rosslyn, we are a semi retired couple (59 and 55) with two adult children aged 25 (Sophie) and (Richard) 29 who no longer live with us - we love to travel and meet other people - our first exchange this year was a real success and we are already organising our third!

We love to entertain and travel - enjoy gardening and home renovations............

Destination

We are open to all offers, have no fixed dates and prefer second homes to enable non simultaneous exchanges.
