Description

Beautiful ranch style 2000 square foot pool home just 8 miles north of downtown Orlando. We have 2 bedrooms, both with queen size beds and 2 full baths. Pool is very private with a wall surrounding it.

We are both local govermnent administrators nearing retirement age. We have been home exchanging for 8 years and have exchanges 19 times in the USA , Canada and Europe. At the present time we have 1 cat that would need to be fed daily.
Due to past bad luck, we do not exchange cars.

Neighborhood

Very safe and friendly neighborhood. Lots of parks and shopping close by with wonderful restaurants of all kinds.

About Us

We like to visit cosmopolitan cities such as Boston and San Francisco. When we home exchange, we primarily like to do shopping, casual dining and sight seeing. We will also do pet care for you if not too complicated.

Destination

We try to do 2-3 exchanges a year. We also welcome exchanges that are within driving distance for shorter periods such as three days/nights.
