One room appartment with adjacent large roof terrasse and seperate kitchen in Munich, close to shopping possibilities, only 5 minutes to public transport to the inner city (takes 15 minutes to the center).
I am a medical student in my senior year. I am looking for a flat, because i would like to use the chance to do traineeships in hospitals in english speaking countries and - of course - for holidays. My fiancé is in Computer Sales and Management, he is from Cardiff, Wales originally.

Neighborhood

Next door neighbours are all very nice and quiet, no problems at all. The neighbourhood is safe and quiet, but connections to the livelier parts of the city are good and quick.
There are some very good restaurants at walking distance and possibilities for golfing, horse riding and swimming close by. The location is ideal for various trips to the countrysite, including the beautiful bavarian Castles, lakes and the mountains for hiking or skiing.
