Description

The home is 2yrs old, 2 bedroom/2 bath in a very quiet neighborhood just 30 mins from the DFW area. Master bedroom sleeps 2 and has its own bath. The 2nd bedroom has a twin bed. There is an attached garage. There is a large fenced in backyard with a grill and plenty of room. Washer/dryer/dishwasher/satellite television/computer with internet.

Neighborhood

The house is in the town of Rhome; a small Texas town on the southeast side of Wise County. The neighborhood itself is a quiet subdivision. It is a short 30 min drive south to Fort Worth where you can enjoy the Fort Worth Stockyards, Sundance Square in downtown Fort Worth, or a few more miles away to Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, and the Texas Ranger Ballpark. Drive 30-45 mins east into Dallas and for Nascar fans, the Texas Motor Speedway is 15mins away.

About Us

I'm a single mom and I work for a pharmaceutical company. I also go to school full time. I have a 12 years old son but would probably be traveling either alone or with another adult. I have 2 cats that would be in the home during your visit, and I would be happy to take care of any pets that you have. Please no outside pets, as Cleo and Eris are very particular about other animals. If you are not interested in taking care of them; I have no problem boarding them during the exchange.

Destination

I'm looking for a nice, comfortable home or apartment to exchange for vacation. I would like to visit some locations that I have never been before and this seems like a great way to do it.
