Our home is a townhouse located on the 9th tee of one of the golf courses in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and is just 1 block from the popular "Marina Vallarta", which promenade offers hundreds of restaurantes, art galleries and shops.It has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them in the second floor, with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom comes with a balcony and a private terrace. There is a third bedroom with a futton-bed in the main floor. There is one bathroom with shower in the main floor. Spacious laundry area with washer and dryer, comfortable kitchen totally ewuipped. The ceilings are extra high, with lots of living space.

Neighborhood

Marina Vallarta is Mexico's most sophisticated marina and one of the most popular in the country.

It includes an 18-hole golf course, 500-slip marina, waterpark, and a wide variety of real estate available at the beach, marina or golf course, including condominiums and homes.

Along the Marina boardwalk are numerous shops and boutiques, galleries, and cafes and restaurants.

The Marina landmark is El Faro (the Lighthouse), with spectacular views of the whole Marina and beyond to Banderas Bay.

About Us
