3 bedroom detached house with private pool overlooking the Med. 25 minutes from Malaga airport and on a lovely urbanization.

No pets or children. I am a single woman looking to do a Masters degree in London (or surroundings). Gardener and pool maintenance taken care of but still will need loving care and attention.

Neighborhood

Quiet but needs a car driver as one cannot walk anywhere from the house. It is 2kms to the nearest restaurants, supermarkets etc. The beach is approx 1 km but the roads are winding and the house sits high up (hence the lovely views).

Nearest village is Benalmadena Pueblo or Fuengirola.

About Us

I am a single woman and have lived in Spain for many years. I am an event planner and speak 4 languages but want to change career course and go to the UK to study for a master degree.

This swap would be ideal for anybody who wants to "dip their feet" into a possible permanent move to Spain yet they are not quite sure. Would give them ample time to look around at properties and find out if it is really what they want to do.

I am ideally looking for a London or Surrey location. I am not too worried about size of property and am flexible about the dates and length of time.

Great swap if we can just hook up as I would be able to get my MBA and you would be able to spend considerable time looking for property and seeing if Spain is where you want to be.
