Description

We have 1 or 2 Condos to offer. Both are on the beach on the southern shore of Chesapeake Bay in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Both condos have their own beach. One is on the 8th floor of a High Rise Condo. It is a 2 bedroom, 2-1/2 bath modernly furnished condo with a spectacular view of Chesapeake Bay. Both are gated entrance type condos. The other condo is on the 11th floor of a high rise condo. It is a one bedroom one bath unit with accomodations for 2 people. It too has a great view of Chesapeake Bay

Neighborhood

We live in a middle to up-scale area of Virginia Beach. We live right on the water on Chesapeake Bay. There is a beautiful State park close by. Local shopping is with 1-1/2 miles East or West. Mall shopping is with in 5 to 7 miles. Public transportation is poor to none. We are 5 to 7 miles from the Atlantic ocean and the beach. There are great restaurants practically with in walking distances and all over the area. Both condos have their own swimming pools.

About Us

We are a retired couple who have been together 5 years. My name is Lou. I am retired from my own business. I was in the Marine Electronics business. Primarily servicing the Offshore Fishing Fleets. I am in my 70's. Barbara is also retired as an executive in the Atlanta, Georgia School system. She is in her 60's. We both like to travel and I am tired of tours. We would be interested in an exchange of from 2 to 4 weeks. We only speak English and would be interested in possibly doing the swap next year in thelate spring to early fall
