Description

Our house has 4 bedrooms, an office, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas. Also it has a huge pergola and spa area. It is a perfect house for a family, it is situated in Geelong and is only 15 minute from the famous Bells beach and only 1/2 an hour frrom The Great Ocean Road and thee beautiful Bellarine Peninsula.

Neighborhood

Also our home is close to schools, shops and sports grounds. We have the beautiful barwon river close by. The are many bike tracks, bush walks and plenty of things to do in our area. Also the fantastic 13th Beach Golf Course is a 15 minute drive away. We are 10 minutes from the centre of Geelong. Our city has 250,000 people and we are only an hour from the sports capital of the world Melbourne.

About Us

I have a trades company that provides tradesmen fast for insurance companies and that is why i am going to Newcastle as it has been affected by shocking storms and floods. So i will be up ther for at least 6 months helping the Newcastle community get back on its feet.
My Name is Rohan, my wife is Tracy and my children ar Tyson, Jade & Darci. We are all interested in having excitement in our lives and moving to a different place will definately get us out of our routine, it is my belief the only way to learn is to get out of our comfort zone and we are all looking forward to living in Newcastle area.

Destination

I am already working in Newcastle area and i want to move my family up here as soon as I can. So i thought i could swap houses with a Newcastle family that is looking to live in my area for a few months. We are willing to swap with a nice family or couple that will take care of our place becasuee we will definately be looking after yours. Tracy is the most house proud person I know and you will find your house will be in fantastic condition when you get it back.
As thee swap is from Geelong to Newastle and vice versa i would rather not swap cars as my cars are used for work an have sign writing on them.
