Description

It is a very cozy modern home. There is a spacious living/formal dining room and a TV room, a spacious kitchen and a guest bathroom on the main level. Great view of the back yard opening to the spacious bird field! You can relax and have a barbeque dinner on the patio. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms (the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a master bathroom with an oval jet tub) and a fully equipped office are located upstairs. The house has a 2 car attached garage. Car is available, but if you prefer lightrail, it is 5 minutes away and will take you to the heart of downtown Denver.
Hiking and biking trails start behind the house.
Our home is only 1 hour from the foothills of the great Rocky Mountains. Enjoy world famous skiing in winter; white water rafting, canoeing, hiking and camping the summer. Wild life paradise.



Neighborhood

We live in a upscale quiet suburb of Denver, Colorado. Our heighborhood is minutes from a huge shopping center, restaurants, cinemas, and many other recreational opportunities.

About Us

We are a professional couple with no children, so travel exchange will involve only us. Richard is an insurance broker and Natasha is an interpreter, also studying to be a nurse. We have a beautiful long hair ragdoll cat, named Oreo (see photo :)). We hope you will really enjoy his company and will not mind taking care of our kitty.
