Description

2 bedroom bungalow built 1994 conservatory at rear with established garden with outdoor seating & b/bqe area garage and driveway Lounge/dining room & fitted kitchen with f/freezer, gas cooker ,washing machine microwave etc. Bedrooms are medium sized by British standards but may be small to north Americans currently 2 of us live here but could take 2 small children. We find its a lovely cosy cottage type bungalow and is often admired but would not be suitable for a large family

Neighborhood

quiet estate situated on edge of town of approx pop.50,000
mixed styles of housing .Kilmarnock is where Robert Burns first book of poetry was published .Downtown shopping 2 miles ,supermarket & local shops approx 500 yards we are central to all of Ayrshire ,approx 23 miles south of Glasgow and 7 miles from the beautiful Ayrshire coastline
Edinburgh is 1 hr. drive away & loch Lomond just over 1hrs drive.We find its very central for all areas.

About Us

We are 2 retired ladies who enjoy gardening,cooking, reading,music, holidays & drives out in the car ,we are fortunate to live in a lovely country and try and enjoy it at every opportunity especially visiting gardens we are members of the national trust for Scotland who own properties all over Scotland.

Destination

We would ideally like to stay on vancouver island or in that area we hope to see the wildlife in that area
