Description

We are an Expat couple looking to exchange our Condo for similiar in the Sydney area from approx Mid July 07 for up to 3 months. I am currently working back in Sydney while my wife will come over for a few months visit as we currently commute too much between the countries.

This 3 BDRM/2 Bthrm Apt is in a brand new Condo called Metropolitan Square located 20-30 mins from the city centre in Damansara Perdana area of Kuala Lumpur. It is high security with 24/7 guards and CCTV. The complex is resort style with glass edged swimming pools (3), jacuzzi's, sauna, gym etc. The area is safe, shopping and eateries at the door and major Shopping Mall less than 10 min walk or 2 min drive. Abundant and cheap taxi's in the area

The apt is new (1 month old) and everything is new in it. Currently 2 BDRM are furnished 1-KS Bed and 1 QS (the other is a study). 42 LCD TV with surround, fully equipped Kitchen, 8 seat dining room table and large comforatble sectional lounge. Everyroom is Aircon and two small balconies - 1 facing the pool area and the other facing the mountains and jungle views.

Neighborhood

Plenty of eateries at the door from Asian to Western and very cheap to off the planet. Depends of your preferences but food is not a problem. Transportation in KL is usually via the cheap taxi's with a ride into the centre costing 10 MYR or about 3.50 AUS. Less than 10 min walk is a major mall with everything from movies to pubs, fast food to fine dining, movies etc.

The area is upmarket and new with a mix of Chinese, Caucasions and Malays. It is safe and comfortable. You can walk to almost everywhere. Typically young to mid aged couples and young families in the area.

I am a Project Director for a multinational telecommunications company with extensive travel in Asia but currently working in Sydney for a while.

Destination

We are flexible and the main reason for the exchange is to be together for a few months while someone enjoys our place.
