Wonderful appartment in Sevilla (Spain) with rooms to exchange. It is a big big appartment with 4 bedrooms of which there are 2 to exchange. In those 2 bedrooms there is a capacity for 2-3 people. Close to the center of the city, 10 minutes by walking to the Plaza de España (http://bamjam.net/Spain/SevPlaz.html). Nice location in the capital of flamenco and "sevillanas". 15 minutes by walking to the well-known "feria de abril", the biggest festival of flamenco of the world in April. New kitchen with waching machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, new bathroom, wonderful living room with wooden walls, air conditioner, dvd, tdt, video player. looking for formality and responsability.

Neighborhood

Nice neighbourhood in one of the best areas of Sevilla. It is called Nervion, the second best area of the city after the center. Big park to walk 10 minutes away by walking, big supermarkets surrounding the area.

About Us

I am a physical therapist working in a hospital here in Sevilla. I love travelling with my friends, looking for friends around the world, and knowing new cultures. I speak Spanish, English, and understand French. I like movies, sports and responsability and formality.

Destination
