this is a new luxury condo located 20 minutes from historic St Augustine & 1 hour from Disney World, guest membership is available in Hammock Beach Club, private restaurants, 5 pools, spa, fitness center, entertainment, world class golf course on an ocean course. gourmet kitchen, adjustable air mattress, tennis, dinner cruises with entertainment on the resort yacht. enjoy your coffee on the balcony as you watch the boats cruise by, perfect time to take the 15 minute walk to Cinnamon Beach, where the rivers of cinnamon sand contrast with the powdery white sand, as you walk barefoot in the warm Atlantic surf, you see the pool at Hammock Beach Club, great spot to stop & enjoy breakfast by the pool, enjoy the live music. let's try the fitness center, maybe a spinning class or an exercise class before enjoying a massage & end it with a steam or sauna. now it's off to St Augustine for some shopping & lunch at one of their great restaurants, a horse & buggy tour of the town. it's a lazy afternoon, maybe we will go back to Hammock Beach Club for dinner reservations at the Seaside Grill, after dinner it's downstairs to Loggerheads to dance to the live band. to cap off the it's back to the beach for a moonlight walk back to the condo.

About Us

we are a California family, we fell in love with Florida, with the beauty of NE Florida, the weather is wonderfull & Palm Coast is unhurried & a great place to play & relax. southern hospitality is everywhere. it only takes a day or two to fall into an easy life style. we have teenage children & in April we took them for the first time, they loved the resort, my wife took our daughter to the spa for a makeover, my son & i went fishing on a charter out of St Augustine, we di all of the things i described in my description of activities & more. they esecially loved St Augustine, with the streets open for walking & shopping, all of us liked the old spanish town, with teh cobblestone streets, the history, food , nightlife.

Destination

we are open to any type of exchange, simultaneous or non simultaneous, we can reserve our unit for a future date, because of our summer schedule, we are looking for a local beach area in California for this summer, or trade for future dates in chicago, new york, boston, austin, North Carolina or europe, israel.
