I exchange my apartment for yours from august to october more/less. My house is in Madrid center, near to Prado museum, Sol square, Botanical Gardens, Retiro park...It is between fucar stret and atocha street. It view to the outside and it,s a three-roomed flat with a little -but isoled- kitchen. A total of 65m2 more or less. you can go walking to the museums ( prado, reina sofia, la casa encendida..), filmoteca cinema, sol square...please look for the adress in the map ( calle atocha and calle fucar)
