My home is in a small seaside village approx 60 km from Dublin, it is terraced house in 1 year old new development . It is approx 125 square meters , and has 2 spacious bedrooms , 2 bathrooms , a well equipped kitchen + dining area and a very large sitting room + small downstair toilet ,patio with landscaped garden .
The house is located approx 15h min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from the shops ( butcher /supermarket/hairdresser ) the pub and 2 resturants . Golf at Baltray and Seapoint Golf Clubs, both excellent 18 hole links courses, located less then five minutes away by car . Baltray was host to the Irish Open in 2004..
The house is simply furnished but has all you might want :dishwasher/satellite tv/broadband connection/alarm/dvd/washing machine/power shower.


Neighborhood

Termonfeckin is a small seaside village (approx 700 residents ). The village is very quaint & most of the families in the estate have moved in over the last 2 yrs . There are a lot of families with young kids .
The house is located approx 15 min walk from the beach and 5 min walk from the shops ( butcher /supermarket/hairdresser ) the pub and 2 resturants . It is possible to play Golf at Baltray and Seapoint Golf Clubs, both excellent 18 hole links courses, located less then five minutes away by car . Baltray was host to the Irish Open in 2004.
We are nestled between the Irish sea and the Mourne Mountains and within a short drive you can enojoy a hike amongst some of the most impressive mountains in Ireland .
The village is located approx 8km from Drogheda which is the closest main city and is approx 40 min from Dublin by car and 2.5 hrs from Belfast . The motorway is 10 min away and we are close to Newgrange , Slane Castle / The Hill of Tara .
If you like the country side but don't want to be too remote this is a great location and if you want not to go near any large town it's a great choice too!

About Us

My name is Gaia I am a 30 yrs old Italian and I have lived in Ireland for the past 10 yrs . I work for an american multinational company as sales operations manager within one of their division.
My passion though is holistic healing , I am a Reiki Master and Practitioner as well as life /business coach and I am extremely interested in personal development. I have a small practice that I run from home. I am generally always on the go but I love sitting enjoy the peace and quite of the local beach.
The real boss in my house is Alcor , the cat that I have taken in from the local sanctuary so I'd like animal lovers to exchange homes with me but I can get alternative care for if needed.
I am single so I usually take holidays with my best friend or my sister .

Destination

I am looking for a swap over sumnmer 2007 , possibly between the last week of July and September .

I'd swap as well for weekends with any European destination across all yr .

I am looking for a swap over Christmas 2007 . ( dates are flexible approx 22/12 to 10/01 for a 7day period)
