24 hrs security, elevators, 2 swimming pools (1 for kids & 1 for adults), brick grill for barbecue, 2 saunas (dry & steam), 2 cement soccer fields (1 for kids & 1 for adults), playground, gym room, big room for parties, bike parking, and bike lane. Located in a secondary street, lined with trees - not isolated, but still quiet.

OBS.: Although the condominium has all these amenities, it is still NOT considered A luxury condo.

Neighborhood

Residential area, walking distance to restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacies (some are open 24 hrs), park, post office, stationary store, vet clinic, churches, etc - most of it located in the adjacent main street.

Easy access to transportation: 30 min to the BEACH (and other shopping centers and attractions), 40 min to downtown Rio de Janeiro, 10 min to a nearby shopping center, many buses to other locations - including the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, where most part of the turistic attractions are located.

The neighborhood is safe and very lively, with many young people, kids, professional adults, and older people as well (who generally live with their families).

About Us

I'm a student in New York City - female in my late 20's, clean, and considerate.

I respect people and expect to be respected as well.

I speak English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

Destination

I'm looking for:

1) a place in Manhattan or some other location in NYC/NJ with easy access to Manhattan for the month of May 2008. I need a safe neighborhood - in which a female can walk by herself at night.

2) a place in Buenos Aires, Argentina for June and/or July 2008 (open to any date).

I expect any home swapper to be considerate with my apartment, neighbors, and building employees, as I - and my family members - have a very good relationship with all of them.

My apartment is available to you immediately.

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange.

I would also consider other locations during vacations.

My apartment is also available for long/short-term lease (it doesn't have to follow the dates stated in this ad.).
