Beautiful timberframe close to trails and culture in Brunswick, Maine

North America / United States / Maine / Brunswick

Close To   Portland (20 Miles)

Description

The house is a 3BR timberframe newly built in 2005
- open plan on first floor, along with home
office, 2 bathrooms, master bedroom has soaring
cathedral ceiling. Custom cabinetry throughout house.

We don't have any pets.

The house is "child-equipped" with crib, stroller, high-chair, etc.

We also have kayaking and camping gear that you
could use, and we might be open to a car trade but
that's not necessary.

Neighborhood

We live in a great neighborhood with walking access to
trails thru 200 acres of fields and forest.

We are 5 minutes from downtown Brunswick, Maine, about 10 minutes from downtown Freeport, 25 minutes from
Portland (a great small city to explore with no traffic), and 20 minutes north or south to both sandy beaches and rocky outcroppings.

Brunswick is a great college town and it is centrally located to many of the attractions in the midcoast area, including summer music and theater festivals at Bowdoin College.

About Us

We are a family of three that enjoy exploring new places while having a home base from which we can relax. Steve is a cabinetmaker and Joy is a environmental project manager. We have one son, age 1 (who is really pretty mellow for a toddler).
