mY house is a 4 bedroomed detached house on about 1/2 acre in a quite sub division of just 26 houses.It IS 6 YEARS OLD AND IS VERY WELL KEPT. I have 4 children between 12 and 17 who live with me here about 30% of the time. the rest i spend travelling and working .
tHE HOUSE IS CONTEMPORY AND IS IN A LOVELY AREA.
We are in the south east of ireland ..about 3 hrs drive from dublin and in the home of the famous waterford crystal.

About 3 miles from city centre of waterfrod. ABOUT 3 MILES FROM BEACK . great for seeing the south east of ireland.

i HAVE 4 CHILDREN ..ENJOY GOLF ( 6 COURSES CLOSE TO ME )
AND ENJOY SPENDING TIME WITH MY CHILDREN. i SPEAK ENGLISH AND A LIITLE SPANISH
