Description

Beautiful 2 bdrm, 2 bath 7th floor oceanfront condo on 7 miles of sand. This condo is fully modern in a beautiful, secure building. We are walking distance to downtown with shops, amusements, great restaurants, boardwalk and more. We are a 20 min. ride to Portland and 1.5 hours to Boston. I am interested in a swap from 2-4 weeks in Santa Barbara, Coronado Cay, Laguna Beach areas. Flexible summer schedule. We are 2 professional adults and may be accompanied by our 21 year old daughter and 14 year old son. We do not drink or smoke and have no pets. We are clean and quiet and respect other peoples things.

Neighborhood

Old Orchard Beach is a beach community. We are right on the ocean. You can walk to downtown (2 min. walk). We are 2 blocks from the train that goes to Boston. Breathtaking views from each room of our condo. The building offers an outdoor pool, workout room, sauna and solarium.

About Us

We speak English. We are 2 professional people involved in Real Estate investment. We do not drink or smoke and would not be travelling with pets. WE are very clean and responsible and have many friends in California.

This can be a non-simultaneous exchange. This is a summer exchange 2007. Open to all California cities.
