Description

A charming apartment for exchange (or rent) is located in the centre of Beijing with three bedrooms, one living room, one kitchen, two bathrooms, an area of 125 square meters and a big and beautiful garden. The apartment is located at the 6th floor in a 28 floor building, having a good view.

The apartment is very near to the West-Beijing Train Station, 5 km from the Forbidden City, 18 km to the Beijing Airport. It is in a North-South direction, having a better condition of natural air-exchange.

The apartment is equipped with lift, self-heating, washing machine, air conditioners, TV, furniture and beds for 6 persons.

Rent in short period is possible (minimum stay: 5 nights), the prices: 100 €/night.


Neighborhood

The apartment is very near to the West-Beijing Train Station, 5 km from the Forbidden City, 18 km to the Beijing Airport.

The apartment is near shopping centres, physical exercise centre (public swimming pool), restaurants, public transportation and some sighting points. But, it is quiet and convenient to go everywhere. Nearby more than 10 public bus-line are available. Taxi is available at any time.

I am working in Italy in the research field of environmental protection. I speak Chinese, English and Italian.
