Description

We have a nice detached house right in the heart of the Austrian Alps.
3 bedroms, dining and living room, Sauna,Fireplace,kitchen with all modern appliances, 2 bathrooms,one big balcony, 2 decks.
Internet connection,(,ADSL), Tv, Video,Dvd and lots of books mainly travellitterature.

Neighborhood

We are living in a small village near famous Kitzbühel and Zell am See (Tirol and Salzburgland).
We have mountains all over so most turists come here for skiing or hiking.Also bicycling along the river is very attractive specially for our many tourists from the Netherlands.
We have small lakes for swimming and the big one in Zell am See where theres a lot of sailing,windsurfing in the summer months.
Our area is great for outdoor activities, many glaciers,exciting caves to explore ,waterfalls in abundance.

What we lack is "great shopping" and night life but you can be in Innsbruck or Salzburg in 90 minutes.

About Us

We are both in the computer industry and semi retired so we have a lot of time to travel.

By the way we have a cute cat so if you are allergic we might a a problem
