Would you like to swap your MONTREAL APARTMENT with a villa in JAMAICA?

The house is owned by my parents, and English couple who have recently retired to Jamaica and built a house there, they would like to visit me this summer during July or August for a couple of weeks.

They have a large house with a swimming pool and jacuzzi. The house is split into two levels; the upstairs has a large kitchen and dinning room, living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms and the downstairs has the garage, a one bedroom apartment which they usually rent out with bathroom, living room and kitchen and there is also another small bedroom with its own bathroom on this floor.

There is a large garden with the pool, BBQ and Gazebo with a shower and there are also plenty of fruit trees.

It was built at the beginning of 2006 so everything is nice and new. The house is in a residential area near Montego Bay which is the second city of Jamaica and it is only 15 mins drive from the airport and 10 mins drive from the centre and the beaches.

To explain: I am going to be in Montreal over the summer for 3 months. My parents would like to come and visit me for a couple of weeks, so they would like to swap with someone in Montreal.
