Description

We have a 3 bedroom / 2 bath home in the small community of Shoreacres, TX 77571 in the Clear Lake / Bay Area section outside of Houston. We have a swimming pool with a hot tub (the jacuzzi jets work but the heater doesn't). Air conditioning works great in the house. The two main bedrooms each have a queen bed while the third bedroom has a sofa with a pull out bed. We have a 2001 4Runner that runs perfectly for those able to include a vehicle with their home exchange.

10 minutes to Kemah Boardwalk (www.kemahboardwalk.com)
10 minutes to Clear Lake (water sports, fishing and dinner cruises)
5 minutes to NASA Johnson Space Center (tours: www.spacecenter.org)
2 hours to San Antonio and Austin
2 hours to Lake Charles, Louisianna
4 hours to Corpus Christi, Dallas and Baton Rouge

About Us

My husband is a Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineer working on the Space Shuttle Program for Boeing as a contractor to NASA. I am an 8th grade math teacher. We're very conscientious and considerate and will be very respectful of your home and car.

Destination

We're interested in swapping in the winters with homes near ski slopes. We're also interested in travelling in general to all countries and all states within the US. We welcome any invitations. Can be non-simultaneous if you'd like to come in the summer as we go camping often and can arrange to do so when you'd like to visit.
