Description

Our home is a 3 bed room house, 700 meters to Surf Beach and Sunderland Bay. It has just been renovated. There is a large partly enclosed outside entertaining area, which is great for BBQs. The back yard is huge and just been planted out and landscaped with lots of native trees. Surf beach is home to surfies point which is a big righthander for those of you who surf.

Neighborhood

Phillip Island which is 129 km from Melbourne CBD, is the home the motor GP, super bikes, penguin parade and Nobbies seal colony. Our neighborhood of Surf beach is very quite with lots of holiday homes and young families. Surf beach is the little the forgotten area of Phillip Island and all our roads are still unsealed. The beach is spectacular with high cliffs, pounding surf and views to pyramid rock.
There is a bus stop 100 meters away which will get you into the town center - Cowes. Cowes is the hub of the island and situated on western port bay with a views and ferry service to Mornington peninsular. Wilson promentary the southern most point of mainland australia is a short drive away with amazing hiking, views and wildlife.

About Us

We are an adventurous couple with a little baby. Our main interest for a house swap would be to go snowboarding, diving or surfing

Destination

This exchange can be non - simultaneous and the dates are flexiable. We would be keen on a region close to good surfing beaches or mountains for skiiing.
