Our home is in Potomac Village. It is just a block from shopping, fine dining and entertainment.

The sites of D.C. are approximately a 25- 30 minute drive by car. Retail shopping is within a 5 minute drive.

The home is set on over 3 acres of extremely private woods with a hiking trail and fort. The C & O Canal is within walking distance of the home. The views are absolutely phenominal! The home is nestled in the alcove of the woods, and the beautiful pool will be a haven after a day of sightseeing!

About Us

We are a family of 4. Our children are 10 and 13. We have lived in the Washington area for all of our lives.

We love to travel, and thought a home exchange might offer us an opportunity to do so in places we may not of considered visiting before.

Destination

We are looking to exchange with a property on the west coast of Costa Rica- preferably from the Flamingo area north to the Playa Hermosa area.

This would have to be a simultaneous exchange.
