Description

Holiday on the beach in a 3 bedroom apartment top floor with elevator.Four years old. Only 16 apartments in the block. On the beach, no roads to cross. Beautiful views. Very good furniture, Tv, Beds and linen. Lovely verandah to watch the beach.

Neighborhood

Quiet. On the beach. Close to restaurants. Good for surfing, fishing, windsurfing, sailing,all water sports. Pool in the tropical grounds in front of the building. Local buses only a short walk away. Only 20 mins from local airport. One hour North of Brisbane.
Close to major attractions - Underwater World, Australia Zoo.
Very relaxing.

About Us

Company Director and Teacher. Wanting an exchange for the Beijing Olympics in August 2008- to watch our son in the Waterpolo. Would be travelling with the parents of another member of the team.
Keen to exchange at other times as well - perhaps Barcelona in Dec 2007.

Destination

we are keen to be at the Beijing Olympics in an air conditioned apartment.
We would also like to go to Spain for Christmas.
We are flexible with dates
